SHIPPING
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays from our Florida warehouse.
- Order Processing: If your order is placed by 12pm EST, it will ship the same day. If your order is placed after 12pm EST, your order will ship the next business day.
- Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to deliver to your shipping address.
- If your order is a pre-order item shipping can take 14-30 days
Transit Time Explanations
USA & Puerto Rico - USPS Priority
- Delivery within 1-3 business days after an order has shipped.
- For example, if an order ships out on Monday, it will be delivered by Thursday.
USA - FedEx - 2-Day
- Delivery by the end of the second day after an order has shipped.
- For example, if an order ships out on Monday, it will be delivered by the end of the day on Wednesday.
- For example, if an order ships out on Friday, it will be delivered by the end of the day on Tuesday.
Disclaimer: International shipments may have a delay in transit than usual due to COVID-19.
Canada - DHL - Standard Shipping
- Delivery within 4-8 business days after an order has shipped.
- For example, if an order that ships out on a Monday, it will be delivered by Monday after the next (end of the day).
- Customers are responsible for paying customs duties and taxes.
International - DHL Express
- Canada - Delivery within 1-3 business days after an order has shipped.
- All Other Destinations - 3-5 business days after an order has shipped.
- Customers are responsible for paying customs duties and taxes.
Keep in mind that Customs processing times may differ, which could potentially prolong the delivery timeline due to taxes owed, duties, and local delays.
Disclaimer: We reserve the right to change the delivery method you specify to an equivalent method, if we are unable to use your choice due to COVID or destination-related restrictions. We will contact you if the change in shipping method will impact the transit time of your package.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the full order within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that in order for us to process a return or exchange the item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
The main portion of the packaging must be unopened. Keep in mind all our sets include a tester weft in the side packaging compartment. The tester weft is part of the full set, and is required to be shipped back with the silver bind in order for us to process a refund or exchange.
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Additional Charges for Damaged Items:
In the event that an item is returned with missing sample piece, the sample piece has been washed, colored, or is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to charge a fee of $25 to cover the cost of handling and restocking.
This fee will be deducted from the refund amount or charged to the original payment method used for the order.
*International orders can only be returned.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return: Ponytails, Shower Caps, Storage Bags, Scrunchies.
Due to hygienic reasons and for the safety and satisfaction of all our customers, these products are non-returnable. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product details before making a purchase decision.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please note that for international returns, customers must cover the cost of shipping the item back to us and any associated customs or import duties. We recommend obtaining tracking information and keeping it for your records. We strongly recommend purchasing packaging insurance for your return package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please allow for adequate time for your return to be received and processed. Once we receive your return package, we will process it in a timely manner and issue any necessary refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
